YOU ARE YOUR DOGS FIRST RESPONDER

This is the most extensive course offered, paired with Chris’ 30+ years experience
in training/trialing/competing with dogs, veterinary Assistant experience
in addition to my knowledge as the OSPCA as the Animal Care Coordinator it is second to none.

The canine first aid classes are designed with your learning ease and comfort in mind.
During this course, you’ll never be put on the spot, but rather be supported in a variety of learning styles.
Participant’s favourite part is the hands-on practical scenarios –
Such as
K9 CPR Training, bandaging, XXT extraction, broken bone stabilization and more.

This course is a fast paced day of hands on learning in a fun in a supportive environment.

and environmental hazards like narcotics and opioids.

Plus, learn crucial skills like K9 slinging and extraction for solo handlers, stabilization for transport,
and managing hypo/hyperthermia, exhaustion, and heat stroke.

The course is scenario-based to enhance learning

through hands-on practice, helping build your muscle memory.

Having completed the Canine Health Canada TM
Canine CPR and Emergency First Aid
